Location: the hotel was just off local restaurants, and resturant and the beach. First-rate service, even though a few employees were quite rude. I had a really nice stay and would stay here again!

Very good location if you plan excursions in all directions, only 5 minutes walk to the beach, very well maintained complex. Very large, so that even a larger family has enough space. Definitely recommendable

The apartments at Trinity Beach Club Holiday are absolutely amazing. They are so cozy and comfortable that you'll feel like you never left home. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of trekking.
The only thing I didn't really like was the lack of a swimming pool. But hey, if you're not a water lover, you might not even notice!

Lovely location and great value for what we paid. Apartment overall was nice and spacious and good for us a family. The younger lady on reception was helpful and friendly The pool looks lovely and I would consider staying again now that I'm aware of the way it is and works and if it was price competitive with others.
I feel there was a lack of communication on what we were supposed to do about late arrival I ended up ringing while was in transit in Sydney as we had come from overseas and expected an email reply at the least, perhaps I misunderstood but felt I was being a pain when I called as the lady was closing the office, it may not seem a big deal but I'm a travel agent and I know how things can go wrong, when your arriving somewhere that's new to you and late with no office open its good to be assured things will be ok on arrival without having a last minute worry I also felt they could have topped up some supplies like towels, tea and coffee on our stay, when my family asked for a clean towel and toilet paper it was made into a bit of an issue. There were no windows in bedroom which was a surprise as we didn't read anything about that on description which was only an issue with my mother as she gets bad headaches with no fresh air at night

Couldn't fault much at all. Well a/cond, clean, quiet, great well cared for pool & outdoor entertainment area. Plenty of under cover parking.
Sofa (bed) in lounge had no support left in the cushions, uncomfortable to sit on. Lack of extra pillows.
